I’m looking for a role where I can own revenue-related reporting, reconciliations, and accurate documentation, while supporting leadership and cross-functional teams. I thrive in environments that value process improvement, clear communication, and dependable financial operations.

I’m an accounting and administrative professional with 10+ years of experience supporting finance operations, reconciliations, reporting, invoicing, and executive administration across international businesses. I’m highly detail-oriented and focused on keeping financial records accurate, complete, and audit-ready.

In my current role as an Accounts Receivable and Reporting Manager, I manage revenue-related reporting processes, reconciliations, and financial documentation for multiple entities. I perform bank reconciliations and financial tie-outs to ensure balance sheet and profit & loss reporting is correct, and I oversee distribution transactions to the parent company while handling intercompany reconciliations and sales tax reporting.

I’ve built strong cross-functional relationships by collaborating with operations, leadership, and clients to resolve billing and financial discrepancies efficiently. I prepare spreadsheets, financial reports, and supporting documentation for leadership review, and I contribute to process improvements that increased reporting efficiency and reconciliation accuracy.

Before this, I supported accounts payable and bookkeeping as a Virtual Assistant / Bookkeeping Assistant, managing vendor invoices, tenant bill-backs, and financial tracking.
