What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead and grow an organization focused on international standards—delivering ISO/CMMI consulting, audit excellence, and high-impact training—while partnering with government and industry stakeholders to strengthen governance, risk control, and measurable process improvement.

I lead Catalyic Consulting as Chief Executive Officer, specializing in CMMI, Information Security, and IT Governance across multiple countries. I manage overall operations, guiding teams of consultants and trainers while aligning client engagements with real-world business needs.

I’ve been recognized as Pakistan’s first IRCA authorized Lead Auditor for ISO 27001, and I serve as an IRCA Approved trainer for teaching Lead Auditor courses. I’ve also become the world’s most experienced CMMI Lead Appraiser, being the first Pakistani to be SEI Certified Lead Appraiser (Class A appraisals across 115+ projects), and by now conducting close to 100 appraisals.

I bring strong delivery depth through end-to-end consulting, counseling, and mentoring to 35+ clients for ISO 27001/ISO 20001 and 30+ clients for CMMI, alongside extensive training experience—more than 12 Lead Auditor courses and 30+ courses across topics like Risk Management, Data Security, and Process Improvements. I’ve strengthened this background through roles as QAI Director Operations and Moody International Scheme/Operations Manager, where I supported certification operations under UKAS/TGA requirements.
