In my customer support work, I assist with inquiries, problem-solving, and service-related issues, alongside administrative and back-office tasks.
As a French Language Teacher in a public school in Kosovo, I teach French and prepare lesson plans and educational materials. I apply modern teaching methodologies and classroom management techniques.
At Usmile, I managed administrative documentation and office operations, and assisted with customer communication and internal coordination. I hold a bachelor’s degree in French Language and Literature and am pursuing a master’s degree in Educational Leadership.
