I’m currently in a Royalty role at HarperCollins, processing royalty payments using JE, Klopotek and Excel. I reconcile royalty statements and payments, maintain precise records of contracts, invoices, bank details and tax declarations, and identify/correct discrepancies—including adjustments during European business acquisitions.
Previously as an IBA Cashier at Gallagher, I managed intercompany transfers, reconciled bank accounts, and updated ledgers with Acturis and ReconNET. I prepared journals, processed bank transfers and recorded cheque transactions, while producing financial reports and communicating clearly to resolve queries.
Before that, I worked as a Senior Accounts Receivable Representative at Thermo Fisher Scientific, monitoring cash receipts using E1, JDE, Sap and Cfori a.
