Stabilized a struggling project by establishing a formal release process and CI/CD pipeline with GitHub Actions. Architected a design system with 30+ reusable React components and led refactoring of the core React Flow visualization.

Single-handedly designed and built the entire frontend application from concept to launch using Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. Established a CI/CD pipeline on Vercel and developed a reusable component library.

Architected and developed a full-stack React Native application from the ground up, including a Node.js backend, PostgreSQL database, and REST API. Implemented an interactive map using Leaflet to visualize and manage data for over 300 tracked cats.

Developed and ran an A/B experiment for a PWA installation prompt that increased user retention by 3-5%. Designed and implemented two features on the main Yandex Search Engine Results Page and architected an internal UI component library for Yandex Games admin panel.

Led and mentored a team of junior developers, establishing onboarding guides and code review processes. Architected and delivered a complex 2D house plan constructor using Angular and HTML5 Canvas, and developed the frontend for a map-based revenue prediction service.
