What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote opportunities where I can lead experimentation, causal inference, and analytics engineering work that turns complex operational data into decisions leaders can act on.

At NCR Atleos, I lead analysis for Dynamic Routing Profiles, a cross-functional initiative spanning 20+ people, three teams, and five concurrent pilot programs across four markets. I own experimentation methodology end to end, using territory-level baselines, difference-in-differences, and robust statistical testing to turn noisy operational data into recommendations leadership can act on.

I've built Python ETL pipelines that reduced daily processing from roughly three hours to under 10 minutes, and delivered a production Dash and PostgreSQL analytics platform for field operations across 1,900+ sites. My background combines experimental psychology, finance risk modeling, Bayesian methods, and production analytics engineering.
