Filip Goiti

I’m currently an administrator at Fundația de caritate Herald in Cluj-Napoca, where I support the work of the organization and help people move toward their goals. I bring a practical, responsible approach and enjoy working with others in real day-to-day situations.

My experience also includes working as a courier at Glovo (Cluj-Napoca), working as a patiser at Panemar, and working as a gardener at Kalon Garden SRL. These roles taught me to stay dependable under pressure, learn quickly, and maintain a strong work rhythm.

On the education side, I studied Sociology and Social Assistance at UBB (2021-2024) and I’m currently studying Horticulture at USAMV Cluj-Napoca (2024–Present). Earlier, I also attended Colegiul de Muzica Sigismund Toduta (2012-2020), which shaped discipline and attention to detail.

I’m known for “bune abilități de comunicare cu oamenii,” built through volunteering—especially the ability to listen and help people. I also bring organizational/managerial skills, I work as a mentor, and I have solid digital competence (ECDL and a good command of the Office package), plus advanced English (C2).
