What I'm looking for

I'm looking to take ambiguous AI products from architecture to production, especially agent systems requiring reliable retrieval, evaluation, grounding, and serving.

At Bank of Abyssinia, I rebuilt an internal knowledge assistant into an agent system with hybrid retrieval, reranking, and claim-level verification. It serves 6,790 employees and handles more than 23,500 conversations across approximately 3,000 documents.

I also led agent and data orchestration for a reporting platform that reduced annual-report drafting from four weeks and 26 people to a four-hour run, with experts fact-checking each claim before executive sign-off. Across voice and text banking agents, I implemented evaluation and serving for task success, hallucination, latency, authentication, and more.

I've built products end to end: an ERP for 2,400 employees, a revenue-generating Electron image-library agent, Bestie’s structured AI visual-learning pipeline, Sage’s open-source coding agent, and Viral Clip’s AI video clipping tool. I'm also the sole author of two arXiv preprints and the open-source agent implementing the Gatekeeper Protocol.
