I build, maintain, and optimize Oracle database and Forms applications for government and insurance organizations.

I've delivered Oracle application and database work for Quebec's Ministry of Family, Intact Insurance, the Chief Electoral Officer of Quebec, and the Ministry of Natural Resources. In my current Ministry of Family role, I maintain Oracle Forms 12c, Reports 12c, and Oracle 19c database objects using SQL and PL/SQL.

Across more than twenty years, I've designed, developed, migrated, and supported Oracle systems across local, client/server, and web environments. My work includes packages, procedures, functions, triggers, tables, views, ad-hoc SQL, production support, performance tuning, query optimization, and secure-code testing.

I'm an Oracle-certified developer who works in English and French, using tools including GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, Unix/Linux shell scripting, ETL platforms, and Oracle development tools.
