At Afriment, I contributed to CRM, inquiry-management, apartment recommendation, and reporting workflows using Airtable, Tally, and Zapier. On Zuri Stays Central CRM, I helped implement booking conflict checks and guest inquiry capture.
I built and tested StayMatcher, connecting Tally submissions to Airtable and using Zapier to process guest preferences and recommend suitable apartments. For Project OASIS at Nexith AI Academy, I built and tested a WhatsApp support workflow with AI processing and a human-support escalation path.
I also designed an invoice workflow that saves email receipts to Google Drive and records details in Google Sheets. My training includes AI workflow projects and foundational cybersecurity topics such as networking, Wireshark, and HTTP traffic inspection.
