At TAREA, I created and evolved a shared Java 21 and Spring Boot library adopted by seven projects on the PGE-CE government platform. I authored about 77% of its code, including reusable REST resource foundations, OAuth2/JWT security, auditing, and caching.

I also designed an auditing module adopted by four microservices and delivered debt payment flows with Kafka, Redis, and scheduled jobs.
