What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own evidence/discovery quality, tighten workflows for speed and accuracy, and use my IT-and-intelligence background to support teams with reliable, well-validated systems and documentation.

I’m a Discovery Analyst focused on ensuring digital discovery is requested, tracked, retrieved, and delivered accurately and on time for legal teams. In my current role, I manage daily evidence-related requests and verify arrest IDs, officer assignments, and incident details to keep materials aligned with case needs.

I bring a strong operational mindset from years supporting technology and mission-critical environments. Previously, I served as a Technology Specialist and Information Technology Specialist, guiding clients through system setup, troubleshooting hardware/networking issues, and managing help desk service requests using FreshWorks and structured account workflows.

My background also includes hands-on technical support for large user populations, including desktop/laptop/printer deployment, audio-visual setup for events and meetings, and desktop/mobile provisioning. I also handled AD account administration—adding/removing users, managing password resets, and supporting distro/group management to keep access secure and reliable.

Before transitioning fully into IT and discovery support, I led intelligence operations and evaluation work as an Intelligence Standards & Evaluations Manager and Intelligence Analyst. I directed certification for analysts, authored threat assessments for vulnerability identification and threat mitigation, and briefed leadership on evolving adversary tactics, trends, and capabilities—work that continues to shape how I communicate, validate details, and improve workflows.
