What I'm looking for

I want a mechanical role where I can install and maintain compressors, troubleshoot efficiently, and document work in CMMS/SAP—while following safety (LOTO, compliance) and continuous improvement (Kaizen/5S) to support reliable operations.

I am a Field Mechanical Engineering Technician with a diploma in mechanical engineering, and I bring an ambitious, enthusiastic, goal-oriented approach to workshop operations and field service. I stay committed to duties while observing safety rules and regulations.

Since Mar 2023, I have supported compressor installations, servicing, tools maintenance, and vehicle driving at Geocomp Systems Limited. I install and commission screw, reciprocating, centrifugal, and scroll compressors using manufacturer specifications, and I perform pressure testing and leak checks before handover.

I also own preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting low pressure, overheating, excessive vibration, and oil carryover. I use gauges, thermal cameras, ultrasonic detectors, and I analyze fault codes on VFDs and microprocessor controls to restore reliability and efficiency.

Earlier roles sharpened my machining and overhaul capabilities, including operating lathe, milling, drilling, and shaping machines, and overhauling pumps, gearboxes, compressors, and electric motors. I keep service records in CMMS/SAP, recommend spare parts stock levels, and mentor junior technicians, while participating in 5S, TPM, and Kaizen to improve workshop standards.
