I’m a Business Intelligence Analyst focused on delivering accurate, reliable reporting in production environments. I support and optimize reporting solutions with a strong emphasis on incident resolution, data quality, and ETL process monitoring.

In my recent role, I resolved 120+ tickets related to SSRS and Power BI reports, including data issues, execution errors, and subscription failures. I used SQL extensively to analyze, validate, and correct data problems, identifying inconsistencies in queries and business logic while improving report accuracy and reliability. I also managed incidents in Azure DevOps and troubleshot ETL processes to pinpoint data flow and integration errors across systems.

I’ve also contributed to data pipeline improvements by migrating ETL processes from SSIS to Azure Data Factory, strengthening data availability and efficiency for business users. Earlier experience includes building Power BI data visualizations and models using SQL and DAX, integrating reporting with Power Automate, and developing applications with Power Apps, as well as creating mobile apps using React Native and TypeScript with RESTful APIs and MySQL.
