What I'm looking for

I'm looking to develop in collaborative teams, connecting data and business through data analysis, dashboards, and evidence-based solutions.

I analyzed and transformed data in a project using R and Power BI, then developed an interactive dashboard to make patterns and findings easier to understand.

In an IT support role, I analyze incidents and use Jira Service Management to document, track, and prioritize them. I also diagnose connectivity, network, and Windows issues and help users with Microsoft 365, Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.

I developed a user and credential management application with Java and MySQL, using SQL, data modeling, and CRUD operations. I'm studying Information Technology Management at UADE and currently expanding my knowledge of cloud technologies and data analytics through Google Skills.
