At MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company, I develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, build KPIs and DAX measures, and use SQL to extract and analyze corporate data.
I also manage database access provisioning, support Service Desk requests, and communicate daily in English with colleagues across multiple countries.
Previously, I provided technical support through ServiceNow, delivered user onboarding and knowledge transfer, and collaborated with technical and business teams using Power BI, Excel, and Power Automate. I'm pursuing a degree in Systems Analysis and Development.
