What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a hands-on recruitment opportunity where I can develop candidate sourcing, research, interviewing, and relationship-building skills while progressing my CIPD Level 3 qualification.

I've supported residents at Norse Group across Ellacombe and Swallowtail Place, delivering person-centred care, maintaining accurate records, and responding calmly to changing needs.

My work in care and support has strengthened my active listening, relationship-building, confidentiality, teamwork, and ability to understand individual needs. I also supported service users at Value Care Services and contributed to workplace well-being materials during a placement with Psycholobee.

With postgraduate study in Psychological Well-being in Clinical Practice and a background in Clinical Psychology, I'm interested in people, workplace behaviour, and professional development.

I'm now building a career in recruitment while working towards CIPD Level 3, with particular interest in candidate sourcing, research, interviewing, and developing strong candidate and client relationships.
