At the Armée de l’Air Tunisienne, I replaced a critical paper-based administrative process with a full-stack application used by more than 200 agents. I secured access with Spring Security and JWT refresh tokens, and reduced Angular front-end loading time by about 40% through lazy loading and optimized state management.

For my end-of-studies project with Ghalid Dev Info & Safireo, I designed a modular ERP for two companies, covering HR, inventory, billing, leave, insurance contracts, and document generation. I also implemented a four-level leave approval workflow and set up CI/CD with GitHub Actions and Docker.
