At Tia Tools, I supported RAG pipeline design and document-retrieval workflows on real document collections. I also worked with vector database concepts and organised documents for semantic search.
I tested local AI outputs, evaluated result quality, and contributed to improving technical accuracy. That work gave me hands-on exposure to retrieval relevance and grounding AI-generated answers in source documents.
My technical training includes Python, FastAPI, SQL, and PostgreSQL. Before my RAG internship, I worked in ICT support and data centre operations, including monitoring banking systems and IT infrastructure at Credemtel.
