Performed Oxford Nanopore sequencing workflows on the PromethION platform, including library preparation, sequencing runs, run monitoring, and data review. Optimized high throughput DNA amplification workflows and executed DNA purification using Qiagen column based methods and magnetic bead cleanups.

Performed DNA/RNA extractions, QC, library preparations, and NGS runs on oncology specimens to support FDA approval of TruSight Oncology Comprehensive assay. Operated NextSeq and NovaSeq platforms, streamlined analysis workflows, and maintained a fleet of 20+ instruments.

Conducted high-throughput accessioning, DNA extractions, and RT-qPCR assays on 500-1000+ clinical blood samples daily for fetal gender testing. Promoted from Laboratory Assistant I to II within 8 months for strong performance and accuracy.
