I’m a results-driven Appian Developer and BPM consultant, focused on designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-grade BPM solutions. Currently, I’m a Consultant at KPMG India working on HSBC’s Customer Due Diligence (CDD) application, where I support continuous enhancements and smooth operations.

On the HSBC CDD team, I translate change requirements into detailed technical analysis, lead environment setup (e.g., UAT2), perform Appian application upgrades, and keep production stability through weekly system restarts across production/UAT/TST/development. I also apply Ubuntu security patches via the AWS Console, troubleshoot performance using application and system logs, and deliver weekly/monthly user count reporting to stakeholders.

Previously at XEBIA (Appcino Technology), I delivered Appian solutions and production support for the UAE banking sector (Deem Finance), including building and customizing Appian interfaces, integration, expression rules, records, CDTs, process models, and reports. At Novac Technology Solutions, I managed production issues and performed root cause analysis as a Software Engineer/SQL Developer, while I’ve also contributed to data work (Power BI dashboards and data migration) and a freelance LLM Reasoning prompt engineering project.
