I'm currently monitoring Huawei-managed telecom sites at RGS, using NMS tools to identify alarms, provide first-level remote support, and maintain network availability.
I manage trouble tickets end to end, document actions and outcomes, and produce daily and weekly performance and incident reports for operational review.
During my NYSC role at Workscope Limited, I supported Huawei projects across MTN, Airtel, 9mobile, Glo, and FTTH workstreams. I tracked deliverables through ISDP platforms and supported BTS and telecom equipment installation for 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G sites.
I've also supported customers across phone, email, and chat, resolving complaints, processing orders and refunds, and providing clear product guidance. I bring careful documentation, cross-functional communication, and project coordination to telecom operations.
