What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote customer support, chat support, virtual assistant, administrative, or social media role where I can communicate clearly, assist customers, manage enquiries, and grow my digital support skills.

I've promoted services and shortlet properties through WhatsApp, Jiji, social media, and other digital channels, responding to customer enquiries about pricing, availability, locations, and property features.

I also tutor basic to intermediate French, adapting explanations and conversational practice to each learner’s needs. These experiences have strengthened my written communication, interpersonal skills, customer engagement, and attention to detail.

I'm currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Radiography and am looking to contribute my communication and digital support skills in remote customer support, chat support, virtual assistant, administrative, or social media roles.
