What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead content, social growth, or creative operations teams where I can build scalable systems, improve performance through clear reporting, and manage high-volume multi-brand content across international time zones.

I'm currently running a platform-specific division at Odyssey Management, a 165+ creator management agency, with full KPI and P&L accountability tied to a 5–10% revenue share.

I direct daily operations across creators, chatters, and VAs while building scalable recruitment, onboarding, SOP, and workflow systems. I also partner on training, performance management, strategic execution, and agency-level growth initiatives including upcoming brand partnerships with Vogue and Glamour.

At Larrson Group, I owned Instagram growth strategy across client accounts and built data-driven Reels, carousel, and trend-led content plans tailored to each audience. I managed eight Instagram accounts with distinct voices, helped grow combined reach to 100K+ daily, and ran an operation delivering 170+ Reels each week.

I bring a graphic design background, clear performance reporting, and experience working asynchronously across international teams. I communicate fluently in Arabic, French, and English.
