I’m a Manual QA Engineer with nearly two years of commercial experience supporting production banking systems used by financial institutions across Azerbaijan. I focus on keeping software stable by investigating real incidents, validating releases, and turning findings into actionable defect evidence.

At SetClapp (Caspell) in Baku, I support production banking software used by 20+ financial institutions. I investigate transaction-processing incidents, reproduce reported defects, analyze transaction failures, and identify root causes before escalating issues to development teams.

I work hands-on with JSON transaction data—checking formatting issues, validation failures, missing fields, and client-side errors that impact successful transaction processing. I collaborate closely with banking representatives through phone and remote sessions to reproduce issues, collect technical information, and verify resolution, then support fixes with regression testing across Development, Staging, and Production.

I’m also meticulous about communication and repeatability: I prepare detailed defect reports with clear reproduction steps, expected results, and supporting evidence. My professional ethos is simple—partner with developers and stakeholders to resolve critical issues quickly and prevent them from recurring.
