I’m an HR Executive who aims to secure a challenging role where I can apply my skills in recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations to support organizational growth. I’m especially motivated by positions that demand effective manpower management, employee engagement, and strong compliance.

In my recent role as a Human Resources Executive at Moulana Hospital, I coordinated candidate interviews, managed HR documentation, and handled employee onboarding and joining formalities. I also processed and updated ESI & PF records, managed leave records and approvals, and supported conflict resolution through grievances handling.

I contributed to operational accuracy by monitoring employee attendance and timesheets, then assisting with monthly payroll processing. I calculated and processed overtime payments and ensured HR data accuracy in line with company policies.

Alongside my healthcare HR experience, I’ve continued building my HR foundation through an MBA (HR & Operations). I’m looking for an organization where I can contribute with my communication skills, operational expertise, and commitment to statutory and quality standards.
