I’m looking for a role where I can own search/content discovery and creator ecosystem growth end-to-end—using data, experimentation, and cross-functional partnership to improve relevance, satisfaction, and subscription outcomes.

I’m a Platform Growth professional with 7+ years driving content discovery, search quality, and creator ecosystems on global consumer platforms. At Cookpad, I progressed from building the Bangladesh creator community from zero to owning India English-language market growth end-to-end—spanning search relevance, creator acquisition, SEO, segmentation, and subscription.

I’ve delivered measurable results by redesigning ranking and discovery strategy (e.g., Search CTR 22%→35%), scaling organic traffic (2,500→11,000 monthly sessions), and growing weekly active authors (55→102; later 102→210) through structured onboarding and lifecycle campaigns. I also led A/B testing across ranking, metadata, and discovery UX, while systematically reducing zero-result searches via keyword and dictionary improvements.
