I'm currently supporting surgical and cosmetic dermatology care at Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery, assisting with procedures, patient rooming, instrument sterilization, documentation, and treatment preparation.
I perform photodynamic therapy for pre-cancers and XTRAC laser treatments for psoriasis and vitiligo. I also support providers through EMA scribing, paperwork for biologics and prescriptions, and maintaining safe, well-stocked surgical rooms.
Alongside my medical assistant work, I provide customer service at VCA Rock Creek, where I manage appointments, client records, prescriptions, emergencies, inventory, payments, and client concerns.
I'm pursuing a bachelor's degree to become a Registered Nurse and bring communication, critical thinking, time management, leadership, and multilingual customer-care experience to every role.
