I am Dr. Joshua Kembero Ogega, a dedicated legal scholar and practitioner with a focus on human rights, technology, and public international law. Currently, I serve as a Tutorial Fellow at Moi University School of Law, where I teach various law courses and lead curriculum development initiatives. My academic journey culminated in a Ph.D. from City University of Hong Kong, where my research centers on the intersection of artificial intelligence and human rights in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Throughout my career, I have held significant positions, including Managing Partner at K.O.M. Advocates LLP, where I oversee a team of attorneys and manage complex legal cases. My experience spans various roles in law firms and academia, where I have contributed to landmark cases and policy development in Kenya. I am passionate about advancing human rights and corporate governance through legal reform and education.
