I am a Kenyan Advocate with 4 years of post-admission experience specialising in litigation, intellectual property law, and commercial law. My legal career began at Ouma Njoga & Co. Advocates, where I developed strong foundations in legal research and representation across various practice areas including land, probate, employment, and personal injury matters.

As I progressed to senior associate roles at leading Kenyan law firms, I've built particular expertise in intellectual property protection and enforcement. At Ochieng' Ochieng' Advocates, I provided comprehensive legal counsel on IP matters, including trademark infringement assessments, licensing opportunities, and enforcement strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.

My recent experience includes supporting legal teams at the International Criminal Court's Office of Public Counsel for Defence, broadening my international legal perspective before returning to my core focus on intellectual property and commercial law.

I hold an LL.M. from the University of Cape Town specialising in Intellectual Property Law, complementing my Kenyan legal qualifications. As a registered Patent Agent and member of the Law Society of Kenya, I bring specialised technical knowledge in IP management, supported by various WIPO certifications including Intellectual Property Management and the Madrid System for International Registration of Marks.
