At Newbie Soft Solutions, I configure and support Workday HCM business processes, including approvals, validations, notifications, and routing. I also configure Core HCM and staffing processes such as hires, terminations, job changes, and supervisory organizations.
I support compensation configuration across plans, salary and grade profiles, allowances, and eligibility rules. In Recruiting, I support requisitions, candidate stages, interviews, offers, and hiring restrictions.
I configure Time Off, Absence, and Leave of Absence, and support performance reviews, goals, talent assessments, and succession plans. For reporting, I build Advanced, Matrix, and Custom Reports with Calculated Fields and configure Worklets.
I execute EIB data loads, validate data, and verify results after loading. I also run positive and negative UAT and functional tests, and troubleshoot configuration, workflow, report, and data issues.
