At Elmax Systems and Solutions, I design, simulate, and deploy real-time control algorithms and plant models to TI C2000, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and PX4 hardware using Simulink automatic code generation.

I build modular Simulink models for motor-drive systems, control architectures, thermal dynamics, and multi-domain physical systems. My work includes PID/PI tuning, parameter estimation, calibration, sensitivity analysis, and MIL/SIL validation.

I've trained more than 500 engineers in MATLAB/Simulink, control systems, model-based design, and real-time embedded implementation. I also support customers by translating engineering requirements into executable models and simulation-based verification workflows.

I'm developing physics-based digital-twin models for predictive maintenance, including fault injection, residual-based diagnostics, health-index metrics, and Remaining Useful Life estimation.
