I've built and deployed two AI modules for Daffodil Computers Limited's production HR platform, including an employee engagement and retention system validated at 97% precision against historical HR outcomes.
I also engineered an AI Response Console using RAG and PGVector for semantic retrieval over internal HR documentation. An automated Python pipeline tested 24,000+ queries, reaching 99% accuracy with under 400ms average response time.
