At Chromatics AI, I shipped Aisha, a production RAG chatbot serving 50K+ users, and built the tool-calling agent behind Get Suggested, a GEO analytics platform. I design retrieval, evaluation, response parsing, and resilient production workflows for LLM-powered products.

I've reduced LLM cost and latency through model routing, prompt caching, and layered conversation memory across 50+ turns. Previously at SunLight AI, I built OCR-based ETL pipelines, analyzed structured and unstructured data, and trained ML/NLP models and fine-tuned LLMs for content generation.
