At TRM Transform, I designed and delivered 25+ workshops on decision-making, goal alignment, creativity and execution, for groups ranging from 5 to 350+ participants. I built reusable frameworks that turn broad concepts into practical activities.
I’ve also taught electronics, digital design and FPGA at universities, and worked on FPGA-based real-time systems for energy and smart grids. I’m now looking for full-time work in instructional design, learning experience design or training, where I can make complex things simple through learning, teaching and facilitation.

Hands-on electronics education for young learners. Designed the curriculum and the kits, and ran an eight-week programme with small groups on weekends. Paused in September 2026.
