I’m seeking an Associate-level opportunity where I can apply legal research, drafting, and analytical skills across practice areas.

At S & A Law Offices, I researched contract frustration, annuity, and bank-guarantee payments for advisory notes, and analysed enforceability issues relevant to client contract negotiations.

At Dewan & Dewan Law Associates, I researched arbitrator impartiality under IBA Guidelines, ICSID annulment, and India's Model BIT for a cross-border dispute brief. I also analysed the limits of party consent in arbitration.

At Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan, I presented a case study on the Adani Group's takeover of NDTV to the corporate team and researched digital lending guidelines and guarantor eligibility. At Luthra and Luthra, I assisted with drafting a service agreement and researched stamp duty and labour-law applicability.

I graduated with a BA LL.B. (Hons.) from Hidayatullah National Law University and am AIBE-qualified. My internship experience also includes tax, FEMA, regulatory compliance, and dispute-resolution research, and I’m seeking an Associate-level opportunity across practice areas.
