What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build Salesforce solutions that improve business processes and user experiences, especially through cloud implementations, automation, and ERP integrations in collaborative remote or agile teams.

At Coolidea, I build Salesforce solutions for multinational enterprises, including Sales Cloud configurations, B2B Experience Cloud sites, Commerce stores, and automated service operations with Web-to-Case, Omni-Channel, and Field Service Lightning.

I've also integrated Salesforce with SAP and other ERP systems through REST/SOAP APIs, managed SFDX and Change Set deployments, and strengthened access control.
