I'm seeking remote US healthcare support roles where I can coordinate prescriptions, manage medical documentation, communicate with provider offices, and provide reliable administrative follow-through.

I've supported US healthcare operations at The Dorsum for approximately three years, coordinating prescription documentation and provider-office workflows.

I communicate with US doctors' offices, Medical Assistants, and office staff; process Rx and medical documents; fax forms; and follow up to confirm receipt and resolve outstanding documentation.

I also conduct patient calls and bring practical knowledge of US healthcare terminology, physician specialties, states, abbreviations, and time zones to accurate remote administrative support.
