At Zain Telecom, I support production operations for the GaussDB database platform, including distributed cluster administration and lifecycle management.

I work on high availability, replication, backup and recovery, and disaster recovery alignment for critical database services. I also tune performance and troubleshoot across database and Linux host infrastructure.

At IBM, I delivered Red Hat OpenShift and Cloud Pak for Data projects, from system design and deployment through security hardening and operational support.

My project work has included a four-node DB2 HADR setup and MongoDB on OpenShift for JazzCash, as well as migrating Netezza and Teradata workloads to IBM Db2 Warehouse for Jazz Telecom.
