What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a collaborative environment where teams keep learning and I can own resilient backend systems from architecture through production operations.

I've built payment, banking, and cloud-native systems at Carbon, Blusalt, Jackobian, and Medbankr. At Carbon, I led a fault-tolerant loan processing system that reduced non-performing loans by 30% and helped migrate core banking infrastructure to the cloud.

I'm currently building Jackobian's academic publishing platform end to end, including Paystack purchase and payout flows, S3 streaming uploads, CloudFront delivery, and SQS-backed recovery workflows. I work primarily with Node.js, TypeScript, Java, PostgreSQL, AWS, Redis, and Kafka, and enjoy collaborative teams that keep learning.
