What I'm looking for

I’m interested in project and program support within development organizations.

At Elizabeth Glaser PediatricAIDS Foundation (EGPAF), I provide first-line support for digital health systems, resolving or escalating user issues and helping support system adoption across health facilities.

I manage and track service requests through a ticketing system, maintain incident documentation, and coordinate with technical teams, developers, and program staff to address system challenges.

At Daeyang Luke Hospital, I managed health data systems and supported digital records processes. I also coordinated with system developers, conducted refresher trainings, and supported reporting and data analysis for decision-making.

I hold a BSc in Information and Communication Technology from Daeyang University and a Professional Certificate in Project Management from the University of Washington. I’m interested in project and program support within development organizations.
