What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a fully remote role in communication, data entry, or customer support where I can apply accurate data handling, clear stakeholder communication, and empathetic client service across flexible hours and time zones.

I've supported health programmes at LifeNet International, Jhpiego Malawi, and Chikwawa District Hospital through monitoring, data quality assessments, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

In clinical and programme leadership roles, I've maintained accurate records, built performance dashboards, prepared training materials, and worked with DHMTs, hospital teams, and Ministry of Health leadership to improve service delivery.

I'm also experienced in responding to client inquiries, explaining procedures clearly, and providing empathetic follow-up. I'm completing an MSc in Project Management and am ready for fully remote communication, data entry, or customer support work.
