What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an elementary education role where I can support classroom learning, help students meet their IEP goals, and be part of a team that values patience, safety, and strong communication.

I’m an education-focused professional with experience supporting students across classrooms, childcare settings, and specialized learning needs. I bring strong communication, problem solving, and a calm, helpful presence with children and families.

In substitute and support roles, I stepped into different grade levels, helped students stay on track, and provided classroom assistance where needed. I also supported kindergarten students with SPED/IEP goals, working closely with the teacher to build consistent progress.

Beyond the classroom, I’ve developed hands-on experience with children through barista and service work, plus direct youth-focused roles like playground assistance and tutoring-style support. I’m comfortable keeping spaces clean, organized, and welcoming while staying attentive to safety and routine.

Most recently, I’ve continued building my path in elementary education and autism support by working as an aide for an autistic kid at the farm. I’m looking for an environment where I can keep supporting learning, growth, and confidence—day after day.
