Previously, at Prabha Energy Private Limited, I managed government liaisoning and supervised security operations across 80+ locations with more than 100 security personnel. At Essar Oil Exploration & Production Limited, I established and managed administration and HR functions for Durgapur operations and established a 45,000 sq. ft. corporate office at WEBEL Building.
