What I'm looking for

I'm interested in lectures, advisory, and expert-network engagements focused on manufacturing optimization, foundry ERP/MRP design, AI adoption for industrial SMEs, quality systems, medical-device manufacturing, additive manufacturing, and digital transformation.

At Trushape Precision Castings, I've spent nearly a decade transforming an investment-casting foundry into a digitally driven smart factory. I built its full-stack ERP/MRP using PostgreSQL, FastAPI, and React, bringing traceability, chemistry, quality, and production data into one real-time system.

I deploy AI and LLM automation across quality, planning, and engineering while leading R&D, operations, ISO implementation, alloy development, additive manufacturing, and expansion into medical prosthetics. My work spans manufacturing systems in India and the UK, UAV research in Italy, and practical digital transformation for industrial teams.
