I've supported patient care across EZMD Solutions, retail pharmacy, and clinical rotations at Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), combining medication knowledge with accurate care coordination.

At EZMD Solutions, I managed lab orders, medical faxes, patient calls, appointment scheduling, and prior authorizations using Practice Fusion and AthenaOne. I also served as a virtual front desk contact, maintaining patient records and helping streamline patient flow.

As a retail pharmacist, I handled controlled and non-controlled medication dispensing, counseled patients on therapy and adherence, and monitored potential drug interactions and adverse drug reactions.

My Pharm-D training includes clinical pharmacy, pharmacology, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs. I also researched diabetes pharmacotherapy by documenting patient vitals, treatment plans, lab reports, and medication safety considerations.
