I’m a Registered Nurse with 4+ years of experience in medical-surgical and behavioral health settings, including leadership as a charge nurse. I focus on clinical processes that support safe, accurate care from documentation through order management.

In my current Medical-Surgical role, I use Epic EHR to document patient care, manage orders, and support clinical workflows while ensuring accuracy and compliance. I collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and identify workflow inefficiencies, then communicate opportunities for process improvement.

In Psychiatric / Behavioral Health (PRN, Charge Nurse) work, I document behavioral health assessments and patient care in electronic health records. As a charge nurse, I coordinate staff workflow and assignments, support interdisciplinary communication and documentation accuracy, and manage crisis situations while meeting care standards.

I’m drawn to the intersection of nursing and systems improvement. I’m seeking to transition into an Epic Analyst or Clinical Informatics role where I can use my Epic Systems experience to support system optimization and improve healthcare delivery.
