I've conducted 3D image processing and multimodal image-registration research at Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg for neurosurgical guidance in directional Deep Brain Stimulation. My work includes CT, FDCT, and MRI image fusion for DBS programming, resulting in two peer-reviewed journal articles and one conference paper.
I've also taught programming and medical engineering, designing Python, scientific computing, GUI, Arduino, and prototyping coursework for Master's students.
