At Law Firm Gilang Arvasendra, S.H. and Elan Setiawan, S.H., I drafted, reviewed, and organized legal and compliance documents, supported industrial relations case handling, and managed sensitive personnel and client data with strict confidentiality. I also improved retrieval of vital case files and institutional records through meticulous physical and digital archiving.

Previously, at Bandung Religious Court, I provided end-to-end administrative support, maintained physical and digital records, and compiled and verified institutional data for internal reports.

As Head of Internal Affairs at the Criminal Law Student Association, I led internal communication, structured feedback mechanisms, facilitated team-building, and mediated disputes to strengthen organizational culture and collaboration.
