I am a law graduate with hands-on civil litigation experience from a courthouse internship, where I supported case analysis, attended hearings, and advised clients on litigation processes.
I completed formal appraisal coursework through the Appraisal Institute, including Basic Appraisal Principles, Residential Sales Comparison Approach, and Appraising Residential REOs, and I am familiar with California Assessors' Handbook Sections 501 and 531.
I combine legal knowledge, court procedure experience, and emerging appraisal skills to contribute accurately to legal or real-estate valuation teams, and I seek roles where I can apply both litigation support and valuation training.
